Backed by Public Sector

The Development Authority has approved a $223.7 million tax-exempt bond inducement for Phase 1 and a 10-year property-tax abatement estimated at approximately $9.7 million, with independent analysis projecting $7.37 billion in total economic impact and about 3,000 jobs.
